These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with the SurLog mobile application (the “Service”).

Your access to and use of the Service depends on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.
The Service may use gaming-related terms and expressions (for example, “killed,” “alive,” etc.) that refer exclusively to the gameplay. These terms are part of gaming slang and have no connection to real-life events, actions, or the actual condition of users.
Persons under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the Service.
SurLog PREMIUM subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable period unless you disable auto-renewal. To manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal, open your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription.
Do not use the Service for activities that violate the law or the rights of others. It is prohibited to use the Service’s materials (branding, logos, photos, videos, and other materials), copy, archive, upload, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the Service without permission. It is also prohibited to use the Service or its content for commercial purposes without our consent.
